Hello All!
My name is Caitlin. I moved to Texas about 5 years ago and now currently reside in Dallas. I have been swimming since I can remember and all my summers were spent in the water so it was a natural progression to teaching and lifeguarding. Starting at a local YWCA during high school, I coached and lifeguarded for a youth swim team during University, and then moved onto lifeguarding on the beaches of Hilton Head Island, SC. I have been a Red Cross certified lifeguard for 10 years now and simply love the challenge and rewards of working with children in the water. I have had experience with special needs children including autism, ADD, ADHD, and Downs Syndrome. . I am currently certified as a Red Cross Lifeguard Instructor which includes CPR, First Aid, AED, O2 Admin, Bloodbourne Pathogens, and WSI.

Residing in Rockwall Texas, which is part of the D/FW Metroplex. Married to my wife for twenty years we have three teenagers. Two of three are American Red Cross certified lifeguards. Over twenty-eight years experience in leading and inspiring personnel. I served in the United States Navy (1984-2010). Well over 20 plus years as a certified lifeguard. Furthermore, I am certified with the American Red Cross as a Lifeguard Instructor/Professional Rescuer and also certified with the American Heart Association as a BSL Instructor. I earned a Bachelors of Science Degree from Murray State University, Murray, KY and currently working at the Rockwall Independent School District Aquatic Center (RISDAC) as a Lifeguard Instructor/Lifeguard/Swimming Instructor.
