Virginia Beach-Norfolk-Newport News Lifeguard for Hire

Lifeguard Service

Hampton Roads Region Lifeguards

We believe in one thing–keeping your guests safe in and around the pool.  Last year our lifeguards saved over 70 people in events we lifeguarded, all done from a kind, aware, and friendly disposition.  We are your insurance policy when you choose to have a party with a pool.

Norfolk is Navy.  Navy is the water. What our Navy does for safety on our seas, we want that for your pool, minus the cruise missiles and aircraft of course…lol.

27 years in business, professional and general liability insured where others aren’t, when you’re serious about safety (and what true parent isn’t?), we’re one call or text away.

Welcome to Happy Swimmers!

Founder and CEO

Tip: If for some reason you DON’T hire a professional lifeguard, have ONE designated adult watch the pool in rotations of 20 minutes throughout your entire party, even when no swimmers are there–countless times one dedicated set of eyes is shown to be better than 20 adults socializing and half-watching!  Make every second count–because it really does…hire!

Hampton Roads Lifeguards at Your Service

Andrew Owais, East Coast Lifeguard Manager

12 years lifeguarding experience!

12 years experience and our East Coast Lifeguard Manager, Congratulations, Andrew!

My favorite thing about lifeguarding is knowing that I can make a difference and save a life. My intentions are not just to do my job effectively but to also make sure that everyone has fun and feels like family. A fun fact about me is that I lifeguarded for a movie shoot which was a very exciting experience for me.

Maya, Lifeguard for Hire, World Traveler, Chick-fil-a Fanatic, and Animal Enthusiast

With four years of lifeguarding experience in swimming pools and in a Waterpark, I am confident in my ability to not only make swimming, for anyone of all ages, safe and also fun. It is no doubt that I will be excited to guard each and every event that I arrive at, making it my goal to leave each job knowing that everyone had a good time and was worry free. I am also willing to be an extra set of hands for your event if needed with set up, take down, or food testing! 😉 My picture was taken while I was at work, not only as a Lifeguard, but as a Junior Lifeguard Camp Counselor!

I serve the Virginia Beach, Norfolk, Chesapeake, among others.

Siuoneh, National Lifeguard for Hire Manager

Glendale, 5 years experience!

I have worked for City of Glendale and Los Angeles County as a lifeguard and I am currently working for city of Pasadena as a senior lifeguard. something interesting about me is that although I am a very good swimmer and a lifeguard, I am actually scared of the ocean, maybe for the fact that I do not know whats under the water since I can not see it . I am also fluent in Armenian and Farsi

Areas I commonly serve: Los Angeles, pasadena, Encino, Studio City

Stephanie, East Coast Lifeguard Assignment Manager and Pack of Jac’s mom

My background is in the legal profession working as a legal secretary for many years. I stopped working to raise two children who are now young adults. My daughter is a teacher in the Portland school district, and my son is an artist who lives on the East coast. For the last twenty-four years, I worked as a Special Education Assistant in the Los Angeles Unified School District. For twenty of those years, I worked with at-risk students and students with special needs at the secondary level. These students resided in a residential facility, and I worked closely not only with the entire school staff but with the social workers and staff at the residential placement. I am excited to be part of the Management Team of Happy Swimmers and look forward to working with you.
