Hire a lifeguard from Happy Swimmers for the safety of your children’s pool party or to professionally serve your corporate event. Our Melbourne lifeguard hire service covers the greater Melbourne area with our professional lifeguard staff.  Our guards are covered by professional liability insurance to keep our clients’ exposure down. This is a prime reason to hire us over an uninsured “friend of a friend” and what happens if they don’t show? We have a pool of staff that are instantly notified of your need, by a dedicated manager and owner.
Special price for up to 3 hours is $224! Over 3 hours: add $37/half-hour per lifeguard.  Feel free to keep the guards over your original booking pending their schedule. Our office would then send you a balance due notice which can be paid by credit card on our website.  The booking form on the next page will easily calculate your cost based on your party length and amount of lifeguards.  We’re a cheap alternative to an accident.
Here are some of the common communities we serve in Melbourne: Toorak, Deepdene, Canterbury, Middlepark, Balwyn, St. Kilda West, Brighton, Armadale, Malvern, and Kew. We probably serve your community too if you’re within 50 k of the CBD that’s normal range for us.

Lifeguard Tip:
One set of dedicated eyes, watching a pool is more important than half a dozen people half-watching while half-socializing. Toddlers bloop down the steps faster than parents think, and the toddler can’t call for help once under water. Our guards see this, and prevent it often before anyone notices. It’s smart to hire that lifeguard.

I have experience in almost every type of swimming pool environment, including film/tv sets, 5 star health clubs, private pools and I have been working with children for many years as a swimming teacher and pool supervision. I have experience of managing Lifeguards and how to deal with emergencies and first aid. I love being a Lifeguard because it is a very demanding job and rewarding, it is my job to make sure people stay safe and most of all, they are enjoying themselves in the water. I love what I do and to gain experience I have moved from England to Australia so I have both lifeguard qualifications and several other certifications in the aquatic environment. Fun fact: I’m a personal chef too!
