San Francisco Lifeguard for Hire

I am a new and excited lifeguard, I just received my certification on 5/27/2018. My intention in becoming a lifeguard is to provide a safe environment where all different kinds of swimmers feel welcome and safe. Also, I look forward to lifeguarding at various events because I love to watch swimmers have fun and enjoy themselves. I am also an passionate athlete, as I love to play many sports including football and basketball.

I serve the Bay Area communities of San Jose, Santa Clara, Sunnyvale, Fremont, among others. 

I’m a rising junior in college who loves to swimming and cooking.

I opted to lifeguard because I have a strong background in swimming, as I played waterpolo throughout high school, and I want to ensure safety for others, so they can have an enjoyable experience in the water.

I have been a life guard for 7 years, I started off with the City of Sacramento and became a pool manager. Once I became really serious on my teaching career i took summer classes and started working for happy swimmers (as it fit my hectic schedule better). It is my job as a lifeguard to provide a safe and fun environment for swimming and lounging around the pool. My favorite part of lifeguarding is seeing people compete for the biggest splash! Fun fact about me: I’m also a music teacher and musician!

Hello my name is Dano (Day-Noh),
I have been Lifeguarding for close to 5 years and have always loved the water ever since I took swim lessons as a kid. My intention is to prevent any life threatening injuries while on duty and educate pool patrons about safety in or out of the water. It is a commitment of mine to engage w/ the event staff and proactively develop an appropriate EAP (emergency action plan) incase we need to activate a rescue. In addition, to keeping a safe environment it’s always fun to play some pool games and share some swimming techniques with the pool guest. Feel free to ask for an early arrival time as it’s fine if you need some help setting a few things up prior to event.

In addition to lifeguarding, I spend most of my extra time pursuing my dream as an Actor, Model and Voiceover artist. This is one of my biggest passions in life.

Hello! I’m Gabriella. I’ve been teaching swimming for five years now. I was that kid who was afraid to put her face in the water for the longest time, and it held me back until I taught myself how to be comfortable in the water. I can help you or your child do the same! I can also elevate your child’s swim skillset to a competitive level–I coach the swim team at my old high school. I love swimming, working out, reading, and geology! I look forward to meeting you.

It is my first year of being a professional lifeguard, but I have volunteered at my community pool for many years helping run summer events for neighborhood families. I have been on a swim team for 8 years and am a competitive rower (crew) for 3 years. I am also a Boy Scout working towards Eagle rank. I love the water and water sports and have a fun personality.

I’ve been a lifeguard for for over 3 years now but swimming has always been a big part of my life. I swam competitively in high school and have always loved the water. Growing up going to pools I always felt safe knowing there was a lifeguard watching. In my guarding I aim to help others enjoy the water, while making them feel safe. I feel lucky to be able to guard events where I get to meet and interact with new people while maintaining a fun and safe environment for kids and adults.

Hi, I’m Isabella, I have been guarding for 7 years, and have spent most of my life in the water! I was a lifeguard for my summer camp starting as a junior guard and worked up to being the head of aquatics. I have taught countless on water sports from S.U.P. to wakeboarding and everything in between! I also got to play for the UVM men’s water polo team while I was in college. I love lifeguarding and look forward to providing safe and comfortable experiences for everyone I get to work with this season!

I’ve been swimming since I was six year old and first start lifeguarding at 15. I was a water survival instructor in the US Marine Corps. Currently I work full time in Executive Protection and teach swim lessons, lifeguarding and lifeguard private events during the summer months.

Hi I’m Malik, I have wanted to be a lifeguard ever since I was a little kid on my swim team. That is why I started working as a Red Cross assistant guard as soon as possible when I was 13 and loved it ever since! What I like most about Lifeguarding events is watching the joy the pool brings to people. A quick fun fact about me is I love pets!

My name is Marco Milani. I am from London, England but I have lived in Marin County for the past 8 years. I love to surf and have done so for the for the past 8 years and I also love to interact with other people.

I have been lifeguarding for 4 years now and have always worked year-round. I have worked at multiple public recreation departments and swim clubs. My style of lifeguarding is preventative, stopping accidents and injuries before they occur. Safety for everyone is always my top priority and is why I love to lifeguard events (besides playing with kids from time to time!). A neat fact about me is I play multiple instruments and am part of USC’s drumline.

Hi! My name is Miriam and I’ve been a lifeguard for 6 years now. Ever since I was little I have loved the water and swimming. I did USA competitive swimming for 10 years and then joined my college club swim team for 3 years at Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo. I recently graduated from Cal Poly with a B.S. in public health and will be attending UCLA to obtain my Master’s in Public Health Epidemiology in the fall. I have always loved helping others and enjoyed the health aspect of lifeguarding. Lifeguard events are my favorite places to lifeguard at because I love meeting new people and being able to save lives at the same time. A fun fact about me is that I recently started mountain biking and although its probably the scariest thing I’ve ever done, I enjoy it greatly!

I have always loved being in the water and sun and was naturally drawn to lifeguarding by the opportunity to help people every day as well as its perfect environment. I love my job because I can come home from work really feeling like I’ve made a difference, and because it enables me to be a lifelong learner as I gain more knowledge and experience. I’m also currently a lead lifeguard at my community pool, taking an EMT class, and am a microbiology pre-med student at Cal Poly and can’t wait to see how I can continue continue to learn & grow so I can positively impact our world!

I have worked as a lifeguard for the Osher Marin JCC for almost 2ish years, my main intention for guarding is to make sure people can have fun in the water while being safe. I like lifeguarding especially because it allows me to get pretty tan in the Sun 🙂
