Texas Mobile CPR and First Aid Training in Houston, Austin, San Antonio, Dallas

Colorful cowboy boots JTA Mobile CPR training was founded in 1991 and since then has granted over 50,000 people certification cards from Red Cross, American Heart Association, and ASHI.

This marks our 8th year with a branch office serving Houston, and newly serving Austin, San Antonio and soon DFW, at competitive local prices.

Depending on what you need, we tailor-make the certification class, without dry details and intimidating testing (for all but Healthcare class, where it’s a 25 question quiz). Our old-school style teaching is 90% learning by doing, 10% lecture. In an emergency, your brain may forget, but your body may well remember. Kind of like learning to ride a bike.

We continue practicing until everyone feels confident in their skills. Before you get your actual card, your metaphorical “certification card” is signed by your own heart’s stamp of approval~”I got this” is what you will say or your class is free.

Students time and time again tell us our intention of teaching truly makes the classes flow effortlessly and they understand this lifesaving skill like never before. We look forward to having you try us.

We guarantee you’ll like us.

Have a happy and safe party!Christine Sanders A little bit about Christine: After working as an LAPD scientific investigator for 11 years I transitioned to completing my M.S. degree in Chemistry then followed a teaching and research path in university academics for several years. I then moved to Hawaii in 2008 where I first joined the JTA CPR/ Happy Swimmers team as a CPR/First Aid instructor. During these years I had always made a priority in volunteerism being active in the National Ski Patrol and the USC Catalina Hyperbaric Chamber. Today I reside in Houston and presently support Help America Today turning elementary aged kids into the volunteers of tomorrow through grassroots community service projects. My passion for teaching and making a positive impact on our society is why I love teaching CPR and First Aid, particularly for those never certified. I am proud to now expand into the administrative staff of the company and be a part of turning children into happy swimmers.

Regional Swim Instructor Manager Bettina Perkins

Based in Austin, TX

I'm your Region's Manager of Swim Instructors. Contact me through the website contact form, for anything swim instructor related once swim lessons have begun with your instructor. A little more about me... I've been actively teaching swim lessons for six years and enjoy this more than any other profession I've ever been involved in. There is nothing better than doing what you love for a living and being able to teach and share it with others. I get to teach a child; learn life long skills that last a life time, as well as safety and the joy of the water. I'm always amazed at how students learn so much in a short period of time. It is also fun to watch them "Strut Their Stuff" when they become confident at what they have learned. I started swimming at age 3 and have never enjoyed anything more than the water. I have been a competitive swimmer, PADI diver and Coast Guard Auxiliary member for many years. Welcome to Happy Swimmers! I am happy to help.

I have a passion for public service and want to continue serving my community with water safety. I serve the San Antonio communities of San Antonio proper, Schertz, New Braunfels, among others.

ALOHA!!!!! I enjoy teaching especially the Lifesaving skills. I started teaching CPR/First Aid & AED 3-4yrs approximately. It has been rewarding, fun and I learn the most from the people that I teach. I gained new friends and most importantly, we learn a little bit more each time we meet again. I have taught groups in the Hotel Industries, Health Care System, Medical Facilities, Eye Care Centers, Plumbing, Dental, Bus Drivers, Cab Companies, Day Care, Construction, Energy Solutions, Tourist Attractions, Stores – COSTCO, Catering, Care Homes, and if I miss any, my bad. NAME IT – WE GOT IT. A short, informative, fun, hands-on and TO THE POINT session is my main focus. You will walk away feeling confident that you can do your best to help someone when the need arises with the information provided. See you in the next class. MAHALO!!!

Siri Shabad, CPR Instructor, Soul Singer, and Best friend of our Owner, you’re in for a treat!

Kapa'a HI and flies to O'ahu, Maui and Big Isalnd, and Austin, TX

Hawai'i and Texas CPR and First Aid Instructor 15 years Instructor experience, and Instructor Trainer While dancing hula and teaching somatics, yoga and giving massages on Kaua’i island, I met Jenn when he joined my hula school. I needed to become certified to become a professional babysitter and was trained by Jenn. I really loved how engaging and enthusiastic he was when he taught the class and I was impressed with how quickly everyone absorbed the material while having a fun time. We became friends and he offered me a position in his company traveling to Los Angeles and teaching child care providers months out of the year. Now I teach classes throughout the Hawai’ian islands from adventure companies, to state agencies, and health professionals. I love teaching CPR and empowering people to assist someone in need. I love sharing wisdom and listening to client stories how CPR has made such a big difference in their lives as they were able to help a fellow community member.
